Teacher “burnout” is caused by placing unrealistic expectations on teachers such as demanding that they possess a supernatural ability to telepathically control large groups of unruly kids in buildings where indiscipline and social promotion are the norm, hence a high portion of the kids are unqualified for the grade to which they have been mistakenly promoted. Then also expecting a great deal of unpaid overtime based upon the fiction that teachers are management, or salaried workers. Teachers are not management. They are child care workers under the supervision of out of touch administrators who are constantly signaling to the teachers that they don’t wish to be disturbed.
I'm PROUD to be a WHITE CHRISTIAN! I have absolutely no guilt! NEVER! Hallelujah!

On my behalf, I had registered for this Webinar unfortunately I missed it due to the lack of internet connections.
Awesome and touching to learn I was admitted !!!
I registered for this webinar, but I missed it because I had a lesson at the time. I'm so sorry about that.,..
Oshh! I missed this information session, I really wish to apply but not easy to get a NACES evaluation report it's difficult here in my country Cameroon thanks for understanding
The “school to prison pipeline” is fueled by PARENTS who refuse to discipline their children or teach them respect for others. The only way to fix this is to hold students to a higher standard instead of indulging them as disrespectful brats who prevent the rest of the students from learning. This isn’t a racial problem, it’s a PARENt problem. Look, if you don’t want the job, don’t have children. it’s that simple. If you allow your children to behave like entitled idiots, you are CRIPPLING them for the rest of their lives. Without discipline, children will not be able to discipline themselves. Without self discipline, they can not focus. If they can not Focus, they can not learn. If they can not learn, they can not understand. If they can’t understand, they will develop no compassion, no empathy, and will wind up in prison. It’s that simple.
Dr J. Cha, thank you for a very insightful presentation. Please, I am very passionate and importunate about my admission application with the GSEHD...... Gideon Onyedi.

The assertion that an entire race is conspiring to oppress and subjugate the victim class is right out of the nazi playbook. The assertion that history is being suppressed is thoroughly debunked by the fact that the history in question is common knowledge, and always has been. "More important, as critical race theorists we adopt a stance that PRESUMES that racism has contributed to ALL contemporary manifestations of group advantage and disadvantage along RACIAL lines, including differences in income, imprisonment, health, housing, education, political representation, and military service. Our history calls for this PRESUMPTION." "Words That Wound: Critical Race Theory, Assaultive Speech, and the First Amendment" by Matsuda, Lawrence III, Delgado, and KIMBERLE' WILLIAMS CRENSHAW Those are their words from their intellectual papers: It is the entire foundation of the premise. CRT promotes the notion that the fact that a group is measurably superior is proof that everybody in that group is guilty; and, that a group being inferior is proof that everybody in that group is a victim. Further: this principle projects through time; asserting that what happened to the long dead projects onto the guilt or victimhood of the living; even if the living never experienced it at all........... CRT uses history and statistics to justify using government force to implement racial discrimination. CRT obviates the need for any thought, word or act of racism as proof of their presumed verdict. All they need is their preferred race measuring less favorably than another. Regardless of the cause: they declare their favored race to be victims of the other. Then they would use real government enforced discrimination in response to their presumed discrimination; altering laws, policies and practices to favor their preferred race. All for the stated purpose of forcibly making the measurements between races identical. The operative question is whether you support using government force to implement racial discrimination. All the rest is academic. My answer is no.
Those who adopt Critical Theory, and more specifically in this case, Critical Race Theory, couldn't care less about the problems their theories and policies pose when taken in a historical perspective. Hell, they couldn't care less of the complete lack of valid logic based on factual premises that's required to adhere to their theory, and they denounce critical thinking and objectivity as "white privilege," note the lower-case "w" so as to not excite the children who would rather change definitions than devise valid arguments. Those who are so pompous, arrogant, and sanctimonious while simultaneously being afflicted with the myopia of a cave cricket when any of their positions have light shined on them. It's foolish, however, to argue logic with an illogical person, of which, by and large, I find Leftists of this variety to be. Even those who pretend to adhere to basic math will, when cornered, either change the rules (definitions) of the game, and if the pressure of criticism becomes too harsh for their psyche/ego to bear they'll flip the board and walk away while ad homineming everyone who merely asked questions. It's an unwinnable game to play, the only way to "win" is to not play at all. I've resorted to merely acknowledging their beliefs, we're all free to have them, after all, but I don't acknowledge any truth or reality to them or their policies, that's a different matter. I will, on occasion, use their own "rules" to ask questions that produce a conflict of reasoning within themselves, but I walk away when it becomes pointless to continue unless I feel like watching the topic being ignored then shifted to personal and baseless attacks. Thanks for your post though, it's always encouraging to see others comment on their beliefs or their thoughts on the beliefs of others, the vocal minority of all stripes in this world has had a monopoly on speech for the past ten years and it's gotten us all much worse off for it.
Oh, one other thing, your comment was the only comment to this video, "1 Comment" is listed, but nowhere to be found! Why would RUclips state that there's a comment but it's not even shown? Odd. If you sort by "Newest first" your comment then appears. I know RUclips admin is a cancer on society and free speech, but it's just amusing how they don't even pretend to hide it when they hide the only comment of the video because it's not in alignment with their narrative. RUclips would likely claim their algorithm hid your comment because of downvotes, which is a completely BS policy that even a middle-school child could identify faults with, especially so when it was the ONLY COMMENT!
