In general, the market seems flat, and if anything slightly up. While December volume is always light, so data this time of year therefore has weaker predictive value, overall this is what a bottom looks like.

How will the CA fires effect home sales in Austin? No one’s talking about it yet. Also so many condos just finished and about to go online, I’m listing my condo and worried I’ll be competing with these modern great condos (but mine is actually in awesome soco area). Thanks for this info, different and more useful than most. 😊

I wish there were more big grocery stores like HEB and Walmart. There's zero HEB in manor and literally one Walmart. I wanted to rent a house there. But the only Walmart was 15 miles from the house.

I'm thinking about moving to Hutto from the Houston area. I lived in and out of round rock a couple years. But my hometown has the historic buildings etc so this made it feel right at home when you showed it. I'm looking for the smaller town feel. But if its growing tremendously I'll have to think on it. But I'm so thinking about moving as my family has been eying hutto. In addition is there any churches? Anything faith related in this town/community?

The sellers need to start dropping prices if they wanna sell more homes. They are way too expensive compared to 4 years ago.
