Hello, I'm Triet. I'm currently a third year at UCI majoring in aerospace engineer. This RUclips channel is mainly to document my journey.
I do a variety of things - quantum materials, machine learning, aerospace engineer, physics, math, Solidworks, COMSOL Multiphysics, Blender, personal finance, etc. You can also sometimes see some very unrelated videos on this channel like squirrel, music, martial art and gaming.

Consider the two-body problem illustrated in Figure 2.1. If a force T (such as rocket thrust) acts on m2 in addition to the mutual force of gravitation F12, show that:
a) The equation of motion of m2 relative to m1 becomes:
b) If the thrust vector T has magnitude T and is aligned with the velocity vector v, then:

can you explain, why the force F has only Fj and not the coordinate 100j
Lol the rez bait is so real
thanks, it did work for the problem i was facing
no chapter 6?
thanks a lot
hi! I have followed the same steps and applied the contact pairs, but the ball goes through the plate! any suggestions?
u can double check the contact pair
@@triet228 The contact pair is the same, I even added friction to add a force, but the body is not stopping. It goes through the plate.
How can I do it using laptop
thank you ❤
thank you triet
♥
If you know how to make models look into Roblox ugc you can make great money
Thank you man
good video
Thank you🎉

I'm a second year MSE major currently struggling through Statics, this helped a lot thanks
Thank you man! you saved my life
You're very welcome :))
is there another easier way to find normal vector? or do you have a copy of midterm 1, what questions were on the midterm?
The midterm is very very close to the homework. If you can do the HW comfortablely, you should be able to ace the midterm. :))
In part b, how could you tell that the moment is ih the counterclockwise or clockwise direction
From the bottom of my heart
Could I ask what is A-number...?
It's a number associated with permanent resident on their Green Card. This is usually the case for immigrants.
How do i do this?
Just follow my numbers in the second half of the video
Why if the exercise give you the numbers in Lb you give the answer in kg
Because I hate freedom units 😭😭😭
dude is slower than my grandma
lmao yea I am slow haha
hey love your vids! i'm taking 130A rn and the prof is not it 💀 do you have a series/google drive from 130A? thanks!

Broskii, you're a legend. Hope you design some great stuff in the future!
Great video, thank you!
Big thanks brother
Thank you!
I think u made an error on finding the moment on part a because instead of using cos, you must have used sin due to the placement of the angle.
I just double check it and I'm pretty sure I'm correct to use cosine. Do you mind specify at what minute and what line you think the error is at?
@@triet228 at 8:35 up to 11:00, I'm just wondering why did you used cosine instead of sine even though the angle was not adjacent to the forces on the x axis. It would help a lot if you would explain to me, thank you..
@@Ayarang07 For calculating moment around a point, we take the force time the perpendicular distance from the point to the force. OR there is also another way, draw a line from the point to the force, then find the component of the force that is perpendicular to that line. In this case, I'm calculating the moment around point B. So I use the second way, assume that random line is BA, then I'm finding the perpendicular component of the force to BA. Therefore, I need to use cosine20 in order to get the perpendicular component of the force with BA. Hope this helps :))
@@triet228 Oh I think I already get it, thank you so much!!!
thank you
Is there 4.112?
Thank you so much for these videos. You are a life saver for me in my dynamics class!
You are awesome, I had a quiz on this today
thank you
thankyou freind !!!
thanks
Thank you!
so was this question asking to move all the forces elsewhere?
You can choose any point to move all the forces to that point. I chose point I randomly at first. However, choosing point G will be way more convenient to solve the problem.
I moved all the forces to point F I got diff answer why
Thanks
Thank you! Great explanation.
