Pretty Woman is still such a popular song to hear and play - Roy O was one of the greatest. More band practice is required on the actual song - too many drop-outs/silence and stares at each other. However, the end free jam was quite good, crossing over a few other songs. I didn't expect that - you all showed a higher level of musicianship. 👌
There are no rehearsals for the NEE Jam. The songs are chosen by audience members who join the house band on stage. The band had never played Pretty Woman before and had never met the guest singer/guitar player until 2 minutes before they started playing. The NEE Jam is all about spontaneous collaboration between the audience and the house band.

Glad you enjoyed it! There was no practice at all, the song was picked moments before they started playing it. The NEE Jam invites guest musicians to come play with the house band. The guests pick the songs and the house band tries to make it happen. This song was picked by Isaiah, the guy playing the Electronic Wind Instrument (EWI).
