He came to prominence as a member of Art Blakey's band in the 1960s and later co-led the Jazz Brothers with his brother , Gap . Hey Matt yes i use to always like checking out these books from the Library when i was younger --plus in the back of the book they had where you could write for a free Catalog of all that was available through the Crestwood House Monster Series , of Vintage older Horror Films , which i remember writing to Request a Catalog from Crestwood House , and i got back a Huge interesting Catalog that featured all the books which was offered by them , as well as a pretty Cool Wall Poster of Bela Lugosi which i had for a long while ----the books in some cases hard to locate cause as i found out are not offering the huge catalog any more , they released the Monster Series between 1977 and 1987 . wonderous Monster Books could be found in Libraries everywhere and , if you were lucky , there was a whole set . King Kong appeared at the back of each one and proclaimed "I,ll suggest you read about my friends ! Cats really pretty resilient 🐱🐈‍⬛i once had a Cat Named Mittens in 1983 and had him up until 1994 he did alot of napping Later on , but if you happen to get up early in the morning even in those later years , Mitten would be very animated like chasing the plastic seal for the Milk across the floor like a Kitten , and rolling over , i think cause he was so use to getting up when i was getting up for school 🐈🐈 😼🐈‍⬛Cats sometimes like to Roam but USUALLY return 😼🐈
