Hi, I'm Brad! I've been building costumes since 2015. I build 8 ft tall transformers costumes and I've learned a bunch of really cool tricks, tips, and techniques that I want to pass on to you. How to add a voice changer and voice activated lights to cosplay

This is awesome work. What type of eva foam did you use when you made the helmet?
"Don't avoid something because you don't think you're not good at it." Brother, soldering isn't hard. Practice some and you won't regret the time invested. It's not like welding. I just kind of picked it up watching my dad and uncle in the auto repair business. Follow your own advice! It's great skill to have in your pocket!

This video has some great information. I had been walking on these things wrong for three years. I use them for Halloween costumes primarily, and after making the adjustments to the side supports and springs, I feel much more stable when walking around. I thought I just had really bad balance.

What kind of spray paint do you recommend
Do you seal the paint afterwards? I want to make stuff for my tree but dont want to scratch off paint with the branches. TIA

Did you use any special hole saw or any hole saw is good for foam?
Mine are just standard hole saws, nothing special. I use a cheap hole saw kit from harbor freight. It gets the job done but it can leave rough edges if I'm not careful.
