After watching this slick presentation on the expert source of all things on the World Wide Web, RUclips. I downloaded this software hoping I could get this very expensive Acer Aspire 9810 paper weight finally working. Boy, let me tell you, I was wrong. I spent almost $200CAD at the Microsoft Store for the Windows 10 license, it installed easily. Another $30CAD for a USB to LAN dongle (at least that worked). Then I spent an other nearly $60CAD for this ACER Aspire Driver Update Utility. Plain & simple, it doesn't fucking work. Tech support, there is no tech support. Just checked again on the DGsoft.org page that I downloaded this from, that little box on the upper right side of the page should have been a huge red flag, but I was really hoping to get this paper weight working for my wife.
