bro, its not about the fckn weights people😭😭, use proper form and the weight will get heavy. pull ur shoulders inwards and down, don't pull with ur body. i was just curling 16-18 kg and for long time did 14 even tho i could go higher. *my pump were so fatal i already stop at 2 sets high reps, 1st one go hard 2nd give it all. then stop, dont do more

Minimum is 500ml or 16 ounces, I would say optimal is above 1,5-2 liters
