I don't have the video for creating a mockup. However, it is part of the core BA training. For look and feel or UI requirements, check with the team that maintain the standard policy documentations or a team that maintain such global requirement documents or templates. These can be referred by all the team as most companies prefer to maintain the standardization across the orgnization.

You need to derive them from business requirement document and need to consult with IT team before presenting the draft. For example, the requirements such as number active users on the platform or doing particular activity will be provided by the business stakeholders based on their projections and with these details, you can consult the project manager or tech lead about the system requirements before defining the requirements.

absolutely. In fact, that is the best way to do it as functional requirements are derived from business requirements. we should be able to map them later to ensure that no requirements are left out.

Would spend much time on NLP. Instead use Simple process of itemizing and mapping (traceability matrix) FRD against BRD will work. for example FRD 1.1.1 and FRD 1.1.2 are derived from BRD 1.1 (parent and child relationship)
