In terms of durability, the feats you provided for both characters wouldnt really qualify as durability but rather endurance feats since they still take have damage. Here are some good durability feats for both characters Arthur Morgan: -Can tank punches from guys larger than him -Can tank getting thrown through a window -Can tank falling down a hill -Can tank getting kicked by a horse -Can tank being locked in the jaws of an alligator -Can tank getting pistol whipped -Can also tank a dynamite explosion Joel Miller: -Can tank hits from clickers that can penetrate through body armor and wooden barricades -Can tank hits from melee weapons like wooden planks, baseball bats and lead pipes -Tanked 2 car crashes -Can tank hits from bloaters that can smash human skull and smash through wooden and conrete walls -Can tank bail bomb explosions -Can also tank trip wire explosions I personally think durability should go to Joel while endurance goes to Arthur

And we seen him go head to head against the us army, the Pinkertons, the Italian mafia, and legendary gunslingers who are highly trained and experienced very much similar to Joel in terms of combat speed and skill

W id say Arthur takes H2H Skills both Joel and Arthur are not expert h2h fighters like CJ or John Wick who knows Martial Arts their both just fighters who rely on their Brute Strength even if Joel has military training Arthur can also Fight Military Soldiers in H2H (so can Joel) but out of the 2 Arthur is clearly more skilled in h2h since he dodges punches faster and can counter moves but Joel is more Aggressive/Powerful and Brutal in H2H so id say Joel takes H2H Combat and Arthur takes H2H Skill plus Arthur can dodge punches/melee attacks from machettes and Arthur can disarm people weapons and grapple people and tackle them
