I think i havent uploaded a ww build in a while mainly cos i wanted to showcases Chixia and Lingyang but due to the amount of materials needed to max some fortes it was taking a while to do so. Now that its here expect more bric- i mean Lingyang showcases in the future where he's viable

second anemo provide more with just the anemo res cd reduction. If you pick up Jean that's sunfire too for extra dmg especially against tulpa which the clear was very close. C4 also would be huge but whale 🐳
