I've just started watching your videos and I really enjoy watching them. The pastries look amazing, so refined and the flavor fusions are so interesting. It's a pleasure to watch how they come together, relaxing but I definitely know being a baker is hard work!

HOw did u become a full home baker?
I started during the pandemic as a hobby, creating pastries + taking photos of my process. Then, I ended up moving out to LA to work at a bakery and eventually there was enough traction to try out my own pastry drops + popups!

I use both my iPhone 12 Max Pro & Sony ZV E10 camera but mainly the camera now. All editing is done on Premiere Pro!
