HOW MANY DOCTORS DO THE CORRECTION CENTERS HAVE.. HOW MANY IMATE DO WE HAVE. HOW MANY ARE CONVICTED. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO FEED AN IMATE.. This where the Nigerian problems are, no database for INFORMATIONS.. This is why good percentage of the Nigerian budget to all institutions are not accountable for... Like giving money to a housewife then the husband is asking the wife how many children do we have as if the husband does not know how many children he has gotten with his the with wife he married... We are still far behind in governance.. Nigeria does not run in a system.. How can government be asking questions which should be in the domain of the government in their database.. Nigeria government have a wrong approach to governance.. That's why it is a zoo government.. Am a Nigerian I live in the western world...
