    so you can just lay the whole shirt on top without threading it in the middle? (hope the question makes sense) You don't have to put the platen inside the shirt?

  • @nakedbabiescrewllc
    @nakedbabiescrewllc 5 лет назад

    cool in logic and I'm sold on it, so how do you now move the garment and design to the press and keep the alignment?

    • @lennyhipp
      @lennyhipp 4 года назад

      lol. do it on your press, NOT on the table. DUH

    • @PlanetGamz
      @PlanetGamz 4 года назад

      If it doesnt fit on you heat press & you have to do it on a table like he did then just use like small pieces of blue painter's tape to hold the design on there while moving to the heat press then remove the tape before pressing. Only use tape that wont hurt your design when removing.

  • @coachaprildulac
    @coachaprildulac 5 лет назад

    the main issue is a shirt doesn't fit completely on the heat press to do it like you are showing. and heat tape leaves a mark on my items so i don't like to use it.

  • @janjacobs375
    @janjacobs375 5 лет назад

    Why has no one addressed the issue of getting text-print heat transfers straight? I see, in several You Tube videos, how to get them perfectly centered, but no one says anything about getting them to not be crooked? I use my regular drafting T-square hooked over the side of my heat press, and then align the horizontal so it lines up precisely along the bottom or top of letters that are the same size on the same line, and I have no problem. I'm thinking about getting a Tee Square-it, and I'm surprised that no one has demonstrated how the horizontal bar can be used to assure a perfectly straight, as well as centered, design.

    It is easy to align on a large flat surface however it gets a little tricky on the heat press maybe I just don't have enough practice with it I ended up putting it away and training my eye. It was also taking me to long my vinyl has sticky carier so it makes it much harder to move around. It is a good product just didn't do it for me.

    Take your shirt, fold it in half length-wise, press it. You now have a perfect line running straight down the middle of your shirt. Tsquare is great for real detailed work but if you're doing 1000s a day you gotta either invest in custom plates for your variable sizes or just use the press hack. If someone has an even better method, I'm all ears.

      Valerie Hofmann It should be the Tee Square “I” as in the video. We were confused as well because you can find the 2 & 3 versions out there. I thought there was a 1-3 version. We ended up purchasing the bundle below with the logo grid and the Tee square “I”. Hope this helps. I bought your product years ago... it served me very well! Unfortunately, I lost it during our move out of state and I will need it soon. I plan on starting my heat press business again by spring 2018. Thank you for your video and especially for the TSI, as it's a great tool for centering transfers as well as vinyl designs.

    Yes the feet belong on the bottom of the collar plate. The groove faces up. You can remove them and stick on correct side. They usually restick

    Not sure if you understand you don't press with tee square on the shirt. And as for placing something in the shirt our teflon premium pillows do a great job of that.
