Love the video. A few things to note: The game is shutting service for console and mobile users in Korea and Taiwan as well. So the only active service will be for PC users in Korea and Taiwan. As for why the game is shutting down on Global, this is because Nitro Studio is in massive debt, and there is not enough players in the west for them to make any profit. As for why the updates were so slow, Nitro Studio had stated that it's because it takes a long time for the patches to get approved by Apple, Google, Microsoft, Sony. Supposedly. Keyword is supposedly. I'm currently playing on the Taiwan Nexon launcher, and nothing seems to have changed in terms of this. A lot of the problems we have now seems to have stemmed from issues since launch, and there's just been a domino effect since. And so issues with launch > less players > long queue times > caused Nitro Studio to completely get rid of any SBMM > which causes inexperienced players to quit early > less players > long queue times > so on and so forth. One of the core issues from launch were indeed lack of content, which the studio had promised to provide us, only to find out they never worked on them. Their reasoning was that they would slowly trickle in content so that players "wouldn't get bored so quickly." Take that information however you want to, but in the end we gotta remember that the gaming industry is a business more than it is an entertainment provider. And because less players mean less profit, this is probably why we only see frequent shop updates and a lack of them addressing any gameplay issues. Mind you, players have been VERY vocal and active about bugs and other problems on forums, discord, online support tickets, etc. And the fixes have been implemented MONTHS after report. You're very correct about the global player base not trusting Nitro or Nexon IF it ever does return. They've left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths, so only the dedicated player base would probably return, but that would only continue the cycle of no players > long queue times. They'd have to improve the state of the game DRASTICALLY for us to VERY SLOW gain their trust back.

i have this exact same problem too and i feel like i go insane because a new one follows me like every few hours and i keep tryna block them and they just keep coming back i can't stop them 😭😭
