No, I have a fast metabolism so I just try to eat as much good food as I can to add muscle and get stronger. Everyone is different though. If you want more advice you can Dm me on Instagram @davvb_

Hey, I feel like I have enough leg power to dunk, because I have really big quads and calves, but I think what I'm lacking is flexibility and maybe explosiveness (allthough i used to be a runner, so i think i got good explosiveness) In particular, i have noticed that I have really bad ankle mobility, which might be a result of very intense training in the past (swimming, running, biking every single day) Any tips? I would really like to know what's bottlenecking me cuz I feel that's my issue I'm 5'9 and 15 btw

How can i find the right weight to lift in the Power training? And Is It effective to do the plyos with light weights or it's Better without them?
To build power you want to lift heavier than your body weight, plyos are all about being explosive and training your muscles memory to be quick. So I don't find it effective to use weights with the plyos
do weights that u can only do 5-10 reps, and then the next time u go to the gym up the weight by 5-10 pounds and try to do the same amount of reps as last time. his advice of “lifting heavier than bodyweight” means nothing tbh, on squats you want to be trying to get to 2x bodyweight, on leg press even 3x, etc
How many times at week do you do those exercises? And do you mix the strenght training with plyos?
I usually power training 2 to 3 times a week and same with plyos. But I do a cycle. So 2 to 4 weeks of one and the switch
