Door dash should add a driver delivery fee. The government should mandate that as a basic requirement for all delivery services. That would eliminate the option to pay for a service these people obviously can’t afford.

I don't tip right away. I tip once I recieve my order. I tip cash or on the app. I tipped ahead of time and recieved 1/3 of my order. The restaurant confirmed they sent the entire order. From then on, I decided not to tip until I received it.
