The Quick-Fix is surprisingly good in this game mode. The Overheal penalty hardly matters because you'll just upgrade it anyway, and you can heal and overheal teammates even faster with maxed healing rate. The knockback immunity from MegaHeals is really good for keeping your damage or tank classes in their maximum effective range and helps negate the insane kncockback from crit robots. The cherry on top is that MegaHeals allows you to overheal yourself, giving you around 40 seconds of boosted health when you maximize your overheal upgrades. The only downsides with the Quick-Fix is that you'll have to choose between overheal and the medic shield on the missions with a small credit pool to start with, and your team will lack the damage from the Kritz. The former really doesn't matter too much, but the latter can hurt if you're against tanks and no one is running a tank-busting load out.

problem, i tried getting into bootcamp, but it wouldnt bring me to the class choosing screan, it would just leave me with that birds eye view of the map, any clue on why this is happening, ( im a new player)

"Don't use your shield for damage" is crazy. You can completely zap every small bot that's not a heavy, demoknight, or giant. Everything else will disintegrate on contact. Also canteen spec is easily one of the best upgrades in the game It lets you run any medi gun and still have access to Krtitz or stock Uber. Genuinely one of the strongest upgrades in the game, up there with Dispenser Range and Health on Kill.

It's so nice to see an MvM guide that actually, you know, GUIDES new players. All the other guides I've seen just rant for 15 minutes about "these are the objectively best upgrades blah blah blah" without properly explaining why. This usually leads to new players who just mindlessly get those upgrades for the sake of having them, and they still end up playing horribly because they don't know how to use them effectively.

What mvm maps are recommended

ok look i use the overdose SOMETIMES bc it lets me get to medpacks/away from robots when i die and im not suposed to try to deal dammage annyway

I reccomend using the Solemn Vow, since it lets you see the robots HP. You arent going to be a battle medic on MvM anyway. Why use it? You may ask. Here's my answer: So you would see how much hp are left on the big robot and you dont waste your powerup canteen on the big robot.

There is actually a distance where your shield's able to damage robots while still blocking their damage - you can even guarantee this distance if you look straight down and walk up to the robots (not a very RUclips friendly strat, on account of looking directly at the ground instead of the action)

The overdose is an underrated primary, with how much uber you can get from upgrades and sentry busters, you can benefit from the speed boost way more than you think. The quick-fix is just as good as the other 3 mediguns, you just need a different playstyle, mvm has its own version of the battle medic, the shield medic, the quick-fix's faster heal can actually help you generate more shields during a wave, enough to where, with some good gamesense, you can use your own shields to actually fight the robots.

i recently got into mvm with my freind. I really like playing scout because you get so much health! and move so fast! He is so fun, except when people complain when you miss money. It has only happened once, but that wasnt fun.

The goated last round play is kill-binding, buying your respawn and getting more crits to finish the wave faster

so im having trouble finding a game with quarry or does drill in mann up. should i try creating a game? if so, how do i? or am i doing anything wrong?

more medic tips (from personal experience): - the overdose is surprisingly good in low-tour lobbies. mad milk syringes, plus the easy escape from failed holds that the speed buff gives make it a worthy alternative to the crossbow (and honestly more generally applicable than the crossbow), saves having to upgrade movement speed. - the shield *can* be used for additional damage to clear smaller bots, as long as you practice bobbing in and out according to whether or not they're shooting at ya. nice vid btw!!

Medic scratches that itch that I didn’t get with Mercy before I quit Overwatch. I think it has a lot to do with the overheal, keeping allies topped off, watching my own back so I don’t die and lose all my Uber, and if I do survive long enough to get my Uber, latching my heal beam onto an ally, going glow, and watching the primal instincts in every power class main’s brains fire up and they go on a rampage.

3:32 There is actually a thing I do when I go play Medic in MVM. Whenever the Giant Bots are distracted by my teammates, I use the shield to input more damage so that the Giants can be dispatched quickly. I also use the Stock Medi-Gun's Übercharge while doing it, as I might take alot of damage while doing so.
