@@exploring-notes hi - yes it's the 3verb circuit. It's very simple, but the best use of a Belton brick I know of. It doesn't sound like any traditional reverb, and it's limited by it's design (it is made by cascading a few pt2399 karaoke machine delay chips into eachother) but it's a nice sound.
Bradford, I like to maintain a level of professionalism with all my videos. This one has everything. Bad tuning, unnecessary waffle, sloppy playing and a tenuous Paul McCartney Christmas song reference. I don't know why I'm not monetized yet.
Hey did you use the layout from Dirtbox Layouts? I used that one and mine sounds exactly like yours but I think there may be an error in the layout. Thanks @Ian_sheridanuk. Great video. I just picked up an Envoy 110 today. Amazing how well these 20-year-old amps hold up when they're looked after. I also just ordered the reverb tank you recommended (Mod 4EB2C1B)-this to fix the fuzzy reverb hiss and what sounds like no reverb in the tank when the dial is at 10. Thanks again.
@@cjpritchard enjoy. I take mine to the practice room each week, and don't jones for any other amp... but be sure to have a decent overdrive for the clean chanel.

@@jighead81 thanks! I always build on Vero and try to keep it tidy as I can. I always forget to show the inside and kick myself after I've finished making a video.🤦🤣 If I put something on eBay, I always show the inside on the listing photos so people know what they're getting 👍
@Ian_sheridanuk Right. I mean I wouldn't know, I'm not into that stuff, it's just what I've read the intent of that pedal is. Either way, it is a very big and loud sound. Haha.
Single LED 'hack' - if you want to make the rate LED double as the status LED, you can just wire the cathode of the rate LED to a 1k resistor offboard, then connect that resistor to whatever lug of the footswitch you would connect the status LED to. That way, you only have one LED that activates when you switch on the pedal AND is only flashing while the circuit is active. In case you wanted it to do that, I mean... 🤷
Love RATs. I sold mine once and regretted it pretty-much immediately. Bought another one and it's in my 'never sell ever' pile. So unbelievably versatile.
Ah. Scooped mids - which sounds fine when you aren't in the mix but as soon as everyone else starts playing it's "hold up, where did my guitar go??!"
‘Blues Beyoncér’? 😂
Was the Belton brick a ‘3-verb’ did you say Ian? BB sounds fab 💙
