My goodness yes yes yes. Your analogy of nature’s transformative process is one I’ve resonated deeply with. Frolicking in nature is all I can do to move through heavy emotions nowadays. The pure serenity in the duality, and in nature witnessing us yet holding full acceptance. I’ve been really contending with allowing and listening to my hatred and rage. I’m instinctually compassionate, and easily explain and justify others’ views or behaviors. After healing so much grief, and then coming into my late 20s I realized I denied a huge aspect of myself, the part of me that was always trying to protect me from being violated and manipulated. Hatred and rage within the container of compassion and love does not harm, it simply needs to be heard entirely without judgment. That’s been one of the most self empowering integrations for me. It’s through hearing those emotions in my own space that I then can take steps to divert or set boundaries where necessary 💞
I feel you and i hope that you have the right people, books and intuition within and around that keep on reminding you...as much as it is a decision, its's also just a non-linear process. Sending you love 💕
