    you can cut the first minute of your vid and then slow down please. I had to rewind like 10 times because you don't explain what keys you're pressing.

    Why the algebraic mode before the data?

    • @thefinancechap9125
      @thefinancechap9125 4 года назад

      Hi Tinyiko! The algebraic mode uses BODMAS approach while the chain method uses left to right calculations. For purposes of calculating sigma, there’s no difference between the two. However, if you’re going to use the standard deviation onwards, remember the ALG mode observes the order of operators and in that way, your financial calculator behaves like a scientific one.

    Thank you for this video. Perfect! Is there a way to calculate CoV (Coefficient of Variation) by calculator keystrokes? If so, can you include a video of this process as well?

    • @thefinancechap9125
      @thefinancechap9125 4 года назад

      Hi Trey! I'm glad to hear that you found the video useful. I think the simplest way to calculate the CoV is just to go a step further from this video by using yellow second function>8 >/yellow second function>7. This follows the formula for CoV which is standard deviation /mean. I will put up a video for this as well, thanks.

      Venda Venda, to get the Euler’s number you press the following keys: “1”, “2nd function”, “1”
