EMMEVI MV S.p.A., one of the leading manufacturers of multi-use carpet for kitchen and bathroom, runners, mats and rugs in PP with no-slip backing as well cotton bath-mats. With a production plant of 15.000 square meters, a workforce of about 85 employees experienced and skilled, advanced machineries, a turnover of 9 million/year, the Company is following the entire production process at its headquarters in Cuceglio - Torino, ensuring the quality and style of the “Made in Italy” since 1987.
We are producing 100% PP (polypropylene) mats with our tufting looms width 400 cm, so possible to realize any multiple in terms of mat size. After that, two option in terms of backing, thanks to our internal coating lines:
-\tT.P.R. that works in 300 cm;
-\tLatex that work in 400 cm.
Finishing is by titan with round corners or in some case by automatic machinery with square corners.
Packaging can be our standard in plastic bales or under “private label” in terms of Header card or jelly-band.
