Depends on the book. The Anarchist Cookbook is probably banned for a reason.
Trash.
It would be nice if we could stop harassing children who want to be outside and wheelie bikes instead of play video games or commit actual crime. Instead they get threatened with being arrested for "trick riding" and to have their bikes impounded. Trick Riding Prohibited City Ord. 12.76 (3) Bail Amount: $63.60 No person shall engage in trick riding of a bicycle upon any public way.

She co-chaired some criminal justice work with Linda Ketcham (pronounced Catch-em). [17:30] Based on her name, she sounds like someone knowledgeable about fighting crime. 👮♀
One of the huge BRT busses drove down our narrow street a few weeks ago with a "testing" sign written on it. I was shocked at how long it was.
Totally enjoying these audio tours of Madison
She will fade into obscurity after November.
She has been endorsed by Trump, isn't that the kiss of death
What a freakin joke! Trump sucks. MAGA IS DEAD, little Miss Bobo is a moron.

"LAUREN BOEBERT" FOR PRISON
Wasn't bobart an escort for Ted Cruz?
From Colorado and everyone i know hates her
All anyone needs to know about Bobo is covered by @scaredketchup . She's just some flotsam and jetsam carried along in the tidal wave of gurgling effluent that is MAGAtry.
I like the one about her bankrupt restaurant with girls in miniskirts wearing guns
She’s gonna lose.
Bobblehead Boebert barely won reelection in 2022 and she will lose in November. Thanks for the laugh though, this is a hilarious post. 😂🤣😂🤣
Lauren boebert just wants to give you a hand
*Hahahahahah!* ... Oh wait, you're serious. Let me laugh even harder! ... *HAHAHAHAHAHA!* --Sir Bender
Why in the world would I want to watch a video about Bobo " not being able to lose"?
She is a one handed beetle juicier .. why does she need any other skill
This is satire right..??? Wait nope it’s real… this is some high school dropout, oatmeal brained, public intox goofy bird stuff 🤣🤣🤣

Bobo and mtg raise more campaign dollars for republicans party. For every dollar raised by 10 top republicans Bobo and mtg triples that. So they put up with and support these horrible people for money. Bottom line always follow the money.
Sorry Bree and Paul, You guys may want to reconsider your support of Hoebert. Don't let her suck you down with her.
100% trash
She’s an idiot but looks like a fun date.
Never date *actual* crazy.
I'm not an official Mount Horeb resident but I spend a lot of time there with my partner who lives in Blue Mounds. I'm glad none of the students in the building were hurt, but it's too simple to say that "everyone is OK" at the same time. The one thing people always tell the newscasters is that "we never expected it to happen here" or "these things don't happen here". It's a tired old trope, because Mount Horeb is EXACTLY the kind of place school shootings happen. Not because the town has any special problems, but precisely because its perfectly ordinary. These things don't happen only in "bad" areas and if anything tend to happen in very decent little middle and upper middle class school districts. There are no shortage of ideas as to why these things happen - gun access, mental health etc. There are probably strong elements of truth to all of them. I think a more fundamental reason is that Americans have developed a kind of warped ethic which tells them that if their lives are unhappy in any way that they have a right to pay that misery forward and destroy everything around them. I think we started to adopt that idea as long as 30 years ago, but it's become much more severe and prevalent within the last dozen years perhaps.
One thing I’m curious about with the new route system is why route B goes near the airport, but not actually through International lane, and instead route D goes to the airport. Was this because route B is moving to BRT and it wasn’t possible to put a stop outside the terminal, or is it something else?
Wisconsin votes are GOLD now! Voting “uninstructed” on the Dem ballot on Tuesday shows off that value.
When the not-zees show up, you will know about it. Not these people you just call not-zees
... BUMMER!... 😢😢😢
Bravo,so splendid traveler. City. =))
Republicans in this country are desperate to put an end to democracy because they know their Christian Taliban and white supremacist agenda cannot win by legitimate electoral means in this country. They began to realize even before Trump's first term that their only long term strategy to hold power is to turn America into a one-party authoritarian state like Russia or China. It's critical that you vote in every single election without fail.
"People have a certain idea of what gun owners look like. They eat a lot of beef jerky, they're prepping for the apocalypse..." I am sitting here stuffing my face with beef jerky as I listen to it!🤣 In all seriousness, I did read the Isthmus piece a few weeks ago and I was heartened to learn of the existence and work of the Liberal Gun Club. As a liberal myself, I've never been as anti-gun as some, but I have shared the disgust for the right wing extremism that has come to define much of the "gun culture" in this country, and I did, and do still support reasonable restrictions on types of weapons and who can own them. At the same time, I've become increasingly convinced that liberals need to seriously reconsider their categorical aversion to guns and to embrace their own Second Amendment rights. This is particularly true of the LGBT and their families and allies. There is a rising and increasingly active right wing terrorist movement in this country. Just yesterday or the day before, we read of the most recent incident in California where a far right terrorist killed a 66 year old woman for having a pride flag outside of her store. People want to dismiss this as a one-off incident by a lone nut. I'm here to tell you it is not. That man was responding to a rising rhetoric on the right that is designed for the express purpose of targeting the LGBT, and particularly the transgender, for genocide. Homophobic rhetoric is nothing new, but it's fundamentally different now. The message is extremely focused and specific, driving home the idea that transgender and gay = "groomer" = imminent threat to children everywhere. That message is designed to enrage people and to justify in their minds that if their children are threatened, the most extreme measures are justified. That man's attack was in no way an anomaly. It was just one piece of an accelerating Plan of Action by the GOP and Christian Taliban to secure through terrorism what they could not achieve by cultural persuasion or laws. Attacks like this are going to become more and more and more commonplace, and defeating or imprisoning Trump is not going to stop that. It's going to accelerate it in the near term at least. The right wing demographic of older white, religious men has come to see their historic privilege as an eternal birthright, and there is nothing many of them won't do to try to preserve it. Please don't assume that because you live in someplace like Madison, surrounded by like-minded people, that you are safe. A MAGA terrorist will see it as a target rich environment. They're going to look for victims in places that display rainbow flags, or reproductive rights messages, or Black Lives Matter yard signs, or whatever triggers their rage. The police are not going to be there in time to save you in many case. In many parts of the country, the police tacitly support the terrorists. We need to develop our own defensive capabilities, including firearms. That doesn't mean we have to become "gun nuts" or form kooky militias, or go out looking to provoke confrontations. We do have to have the ability to respond to threats though. If you take your own safety and those of our most vulnerable seriously, learn how to handle a gun. Even if you don't feel the need or comfort to buy or carry one right now. Learn how to shoot safely, and the laws around self defense in your state. Look into other defense options such as body armor. It can be had for about the same price as a gun, and many designs are lightweight and concealable under clothing. At the risk of sounding like a crazy prepper, the time to prepare is now, not when things get really bad. If the idea of gun ownership still seems irreconcilable with your views on violence, remember that Martin Luther King was protected, and survived as long as he did because men with guns protected him at all times. King didn't believe we could change human hearts or change the world in a positive way through force of arms, but he did understand the practical necessity of living to fight another day.

Why the hell do people mispronounce fentanyl as "fentanol"?
Consin!
My husband and I always joked that with what we spent on daycare we could buy a new car each year. It’s crazy. I absolutely loved the daycare where we sent our son and don’t have any regrets sending him there. But there should be more support for daycare providers and families. The same goes for summer care for school age kids. Trying to find summer camps in this city is a battle. Glad you are talking about this.
Thanks for the info!
Thanks for what you are doing to help Madisonians stick together.
Dylan! What do the results from Wisconsin's 8th Congressional district mean for Wisconsin politics?
Perhaps you could change your criteria for finding a partner. Kindness and decency seem to go out the window when put up against aggressiveness, boorish behavior, bragging and general tough guy's. I have many female friends but can't get a date to save my life. Shyness isn't appealing, I know but it's also not always due to low self esteem, sometimes it's just confusion on how to interact with people. My physical appearance is amongst the most sought after so that's not it either. Change your outlook on men then you won't need to learn to defend yourself, your partner will do that. My type are few and far between because we have been bred out of existence. Look up Bonobos and compare with Chimpanzee's to see what I mean.
