    Interesting video, but at 30:46 you can notice that an o-ring is stuck to his right hand and that he doesn't seem to be aware of that. At 31:20 he wipes it off the hand. I guess that it came from the plastic bag containing the new o-rings, so I wonder whether in that flywheel there is an o-ring missing.

      Hee Hee, nice spot. it is because of things like this we supply a bakers dozen of those sneaky little o rings so there is always one spare for when one goes on rogue walkabout!

    How smooth are the kevlar clutches in terms of engaging? Is it an on and off feel?

      The take up with Kevlar is very similar to organic, not of the harshness you get with sintered or ceramic paddle clutches.
