✨ Food For Thought ✨ During my chalk session, I was reminded to embrace the process-coloring, creating, and witnessing ideas come to life. I often wrestle with perfectionism in my work and the things I put my name on. Being overly critical of myself to avoid others finding errors causes stress and can hinder the completion of my projects. Realizing that this need for control is rooted in fear, I'm actively working to inject a sense of freedom into both my creations and daily life. I've learned that not everything demands meticulous planning; there's beauty in letting things unfold naturally. During the video, I wanted to start over when I noticed imperfections like uneven letter sizes and slanted writing. Instead, I decided to keep going, redirecting my focus to enjoy the process. It turned out to be a relaxing and therapeutic experience. I’m starting to understand that many of the things I stress about often go unnoticed by others, and even if they do notice, they don't really mind. If perfectionism and control resonate with you, I hope this message serves as a reminder that you're not alone. I am committed to making a conscious effort to relax, let go, and savor the creative process. 😌🖤
