I came to Charlotte my friends and I we got out quickly and came back up North super Boring Charlotte absolutely sucks.

Walkabilty Charlotte is not a walkable city so opposite of that there's absolutely no where to eat and play in its uptown it sucks Charlotte is the worst so call city in America.

That's a great point! We showed the primary bedroom and bathroom towards the end of the video. We were going over our top 3 favorite features of the condo and the bedrooms and bathrooms didn't crack the top 3.
@@TDLrealestate total airtime 11 seconds. you showed one bedroom, not sure if the office you briefly showed is the other bedroom and you only showed one bathroom. That's a poor concept for showing a condo. also, wear something better than busted jeans and a faded nike hoodie when showing the place. having dudes on the sofa playing on their phones is also a bad idea. if you show you don't care, people aren't going to care. real estate agents have gotten extremely lazy the past handful of years. just saying.

Large number of gyms and breweries? Yes, alcohol and fitness really go well together. 😂 I was just there last weekend to ride my bike on the rail trail. Hundreds (if not thousands) of millennials in yoga pants walking “fur babies.”
