You are making a difference in Denver. $2,000 pays for one Hoops for Hope event, keeping youth off the streets during peak violence times on an overnight where they cook, play basketball, learn life skills, and break bread together. $1,000 helps fund programs for hundreds of youth in southwest Denver where teens and young adults are led through gang disengagement, tutoring, mentorship, and more. $500 pays for the distribution of 1400 diapers a month for The Parish's youngest visitors. $250 provides one Saturday meal for a vibrant senior adults program, which helps eliminate social isolation with fun activities, free transportation, and hot meals. $100 helps fill Totes of Hope for children in four elementary schools, giving low-income households the nutritious food they need to sustain their family through the weekend. $50 helps pay for activities for the summer youth program, which serves youth aged 10-14 in southwest Denver.
