    My grand mother was born in Costa Rica along with some of her siblings, before migrating back to St Elizabeth, Jamaica - I got the understanding that my great grand father might have fathered some other children before heading back home - so if you know of any WRIGHTS you can reach out to this comment. :-) Jamaicans are Everywhere - Wi Likke But Wi Talawa....🙂

    There's a man name dillian who lives on the southside bringing multiple women to our bldging. He has a friend very tall who wears a red baseball cap.. .this dillian has been using my home when I'm out, . And had nerve to approach me in the lobby of my bldging . .I asked him who he was talking too ? . Did someone send for him ? . So I brushed off all conversation. . Dillian is also connected to a technician who went into an apartment next door to me,. .and unhooked my sirvalence camera.. .3 other white men in the bldging have been payingcoff blacks with sex and drugs to do them favors to cover up crime

      @@rnhor4924 Yes, most if not all were born in Jamaica and with the national academy from what I understand. I think those saying we need overseas based players may be referring to the u20 and senior levels where we tend to struggle against wider concacaf opposition.

      @@jamericanyouthtravels1652The Under 20 who beaten do badly in the recent qualifiers weren't match fit in my opinion. Jerome Waite's 2018 Under 20 with Maghee, Javain Brown and company were ill prepared and were narrowly missed out of going through by goal difference against Mexico after an exciting 2-2 draw against Mexico, remembered? Those players were all Manning and DaCosta Cup players.

    Bailey and his handler's words cannot be trusted as they seem to have ulterior motives to sabotage and embarrass the JFF hence any agreement or commitment from them must be in writing. Could it be that someone in that camp have visions of leading the JFF.

    Leon Bailey should never play for Jamaica unless he begs. Jamaica don’t need him they need a system of play where any Jamaican can coach it and play it. Leon Bailey should stay at Aston Villa he’s not about the national team

    Stockport fan here. Che looks a great prospect. He is quick, has good feet. A little lightweight still so perhaps needs to get a bit stronger. But he looks a decent player

    No coach in Latin America will change that, a Dutch, French or Spanish coach are the best bet to change the football culture. In the modern game, one either knows or doesn't.

      @@dodivol I think an Argentinian coach could make a difference. I also think an Argentinian coach would be more likely to understand and fit in the culture of Jamaica. They also have been doing well across the world. I’m not opposed to a European coach though. Especially a Spanish coach or even French but I wonder how they would cope with the culture of JA.

    Jamaica football culture doesn't teach passing football. If you watch football around Jamaica you will never see teams trying to pass in transition, its always long ball from defense to attack, bypassing the midfield. We have to invest in the youths development to right way, from ages 5 to18 developing them technically, physically and mentally. We can't do the same thing everytime and expecting a different result.

      @@ImaxitFootball it’s crazy. My philosophy is that they should get the best youth players available and if most of those are overseas then so be it. I would not have an issue with reserving a few spaces for the best of the way local based players but I don’t see a majority local based team qualifying us anytime soon.

      @@ImaxitFootball Massive Respek. Yes USA squad is more advanced but I never expected to get 9 - 0 from them. Cuba get only 4 - 0 and Cuba is supposed to e one of the weaker nations in Concacaf. Our youth football has not improved since the last U20 cycle. It has gotten worse and most fans saw this coming but the JFF was hell bent on doing things this way even though everyone else was seeing something different. This is just so frustrating. It’s like we are the ones stopping ourselves from ring successful at the youth level. Look at the Phoenix players. Michael Forbes, Robinho Gordon etc… Why none of those players were playing here? Too much division in our football. No unity. It’s making things worse. I could go on and on.

      @@paulstewart7605 Yes facts. In some way I think track and field has spoiled us into believing that we can get the same success in football as we have in track but that’s not the case. If we don’t wake up and stop using the same old tactics and think we are gonna qualify for World Cup then we will be back to this every u20 World Cup cycle complaining about this.

      Totally agree but also our local players are just not there right now and we keep trying to use local coaches with local players without developing our coaches ur using overseas based players or coaches and expect great results. We keep doing the same thing over and over and expect better results.

    Plenty Jamaican people dont know this history cause Jamaica is in the west and any part of history will tell u the first settlers of the Caribbean settled here in St.vincent from Africa as early as the 11 century AD also Marcus Garvey lived here on my island even build schools and he lived in the village where I live just a couple of houses down d road

    Yeap this is gold. My father in Law speak patua. But his mom made him learn "proper english" so he could go to the USA. Only he and two brothers stayed in Limón, Siquirres. My in Law did not teach patua or english to my wife or her siblings. Very very sad. The language is its final stages in Costa Rica. My father in Law has alzheimer's now and I make him speak patua and récord it on my Phone. It hurts in the Heart how the culture dies.

    This where my dad is from 🇳🇮. I’ve always wanted to know why he was from Nicaragua but has a Jamaican like accent. Now I know. I never asked him when he was alive lol.
