maybe what they meant is noelle has no synergy with their team (usually in coop you'll let your host chose a char and you adjust to them) you survived those dmg because you got shield and can heal, so you could save yourself but not the others in your team. although it was a bit harsh of them to say that noelle is weak, she is strong and capable indeed, but not useful for that wanderer main and others in that party in terms of synergy. but at the end of the day you got your reward so whatever right.
