I had to look this singer up since its such an old video. She's a retired scientist from Stephen F Austin? Retired to care for her dying husband. A singer-scientist. Imagine that. I learned this song when I was in high school via our wonderful and charismatic youth choir and choralettes and choraliers, Don Barks. I've often loved and recalled this song for its powerful and touching lyrics and tune. It came to me this morning of my 29th wedding anniversary, and as I sang it, the meaning of it made me misty-eyed. I found your version and I absolutely love the way you sing it. My parents used to sing this song as a duet in church maybe once a year back in the 70s. Love this song and Andrea's voice is very good.

One day, the word "overshadowed" came to mind, and I thought of that long ago summer. Thank the Lord, I found this singer, and the flood of memory with it, so now I can listen, again, and share the link with others.
