A lot of your endurance was burnt when you were stopped your clipped in with the autobelay so you can trust yourself to keep moving and that will help a lot with getting to the top. You can also practice moving with confidence on a bouldering wall if you feel a little put off trying it on the autobelay with the height and that. It’s also interesting to feel the difference of carrying momentum through moves
