6 months ago, this episode released (as of writing this) and still no episode 4, reason? currently going through a lot of complicated real life issues that relates to this series as of now, currently the project is on hold, life got busy for me and complicated after a month when this released But that doesn't mean the next episode wont come out eventually, in the end, the release date going to be announced eventually, if somehow this series suddenly gets traction

if you all ask about buy menu like as custom weapons.. listen careful ! Cs 1.6 / Insurgency / CoF / CSO are custom weapon plguin. so.. if you want to check custom weapons, you have to visit server which using custom weapon plugins ! (Remilia / Misfire / Tacoland etc.)
