In this video, I explain the basic structure of reality, both as the groundwork of a theory of everything or grand unified theory and as a logical, relatable way of understanding what is going on, how the primary factors of causality work together, and--in a very loose sense--what everything is. It's weird but not, I hope, crackpot territory. In a lot of ways, it's nothing you don't already know.
Among other things, it does offer an explanation of dark matter, dark energy, gravity (possibly quantum gravity if you squint really hard), and the measurement problem.
