I am a little late to the party....but last year was a rough one...severe lower back injury has had me in and out of the hospital getting treatments....which really have only worked a little! But...thanks for reacting to "Alpenglow". Alpenglow is something most of us have seen, and not even known it! We just call a pretty sunset. Alpenglow....the rosy light of the setting or rising sun seen on high mountains: "the red granite flickered warmly in the evening alpenglow"

Tarja was the best singer they will ever have, and yes, she really killed it here. ❤ And…I don’t get this floor-mania? She is good but sounds more like an ordinary pop-singer which reaches higher notes now and then. No more no less. Tarja was/is more dark, gothic etc in combination with her opera singing style. ❤

Great job, Chanel. I have to laugh, as he was playing the pipes, I was thinking that he's so brilliant, he could have had a pig he was squeezing and it would have fit the song perfectly. The virtuosity of these six musical gods is unapproachable by anybody else. For me, the most emotional moment is when Floor whispers, "Us Sleeping" - just the concept of human life dormant in the chemistry of the planet, waiting patiently to be awakened. Then a little later, Floor as Mother Earth, bringing animal life into existence with her siren call. Chilling! Is there anything better than their bow? It's like seeing DaVinci standing next to Madame Currie, next to Newton, next to Einstein, next to Michaelangelo, next to Bach. Just doesn't get any better.
