The health effects of Afghanistan (as a DoD Civ...not Military)....I've found myself lying in bed a good 16 hrs in bed....because SO MUCH WAS TRIGGERING TO ME....MORE PROBLEMS TO TAKE CARE OF, EVEN FROM THE MAILBOX, or ALL the marketing calls...interrupting my sleep, although I had CHRONIC INSOMNIA, BUT NO DR. WOULD HELP ME, SO I LOST MY JOB'!!!! I swear the PTSD came from the harassment from Supervisors at work, once I returned...the fact a sleep study showed 0 REM, but yet no Dr. would help me, so falling asleep behind the wheel, or at work, plus insane back pain from carrying over 300 lbs., pitched forward, caused INSANE low back pain shooting to the knees, affecting my gait. My life has collapsed around me for yrs now, and I can hardly go to the mailbox. The disaster in my house & mail w/ nothing but phone calls to fix...yes, led to depression, and anxiety from Hyperacusis and Tinnitus....just a physical MESS, that brought on horrible circumstances, I'm still try to find my way out of!!! So much is TRIGGERING (emotionally) to me & I don't know how to get back to myself!!!! I feel & LOVE YOU!!!
