I was debating for a while to apply to Duke, but only recently decided to do it. I'm currently a senior but I just moved to the US, so though my GPA is a 4.31, I only have 2 AP classes (and another one next semester) because I had a lot of mandatory classes needed to graduate! (Also didn't know ACT was a thing so I didn't study- got a 26 and never redid it. You bet I'm not submitting that.) Good luck to everyone also applying, I hope we can all do it. I know it’s been two years and you’ve probably by now can go a few more feet, miss little bit . But safety is mor important . We are talking full body armor and the spaceman helmet . On a more serious note, you DO wanna practice ridding where theres a nice lip in the road a bunch of cracks lots of pebbles stones and branches and weeds coming up through the cracks. and maybe even throw in a nice incline. A lot of people practice in perfectly smooth ,level terrain but guess what happens when they suddenly find themselves meeting a challenge coming at them full speed ? Something so small as a pebble in the road can drastically change your life, believe it or not. But at a minimal put on a bucket
