UB40 sing their 1986 track Sing Our Own Song from the album Rat in the Kitchen on their 2024 Red Red Wine Tour, celebrating 45 years. Though some band members are new/recent, there are still several original or longtime band members including founder and co-vocalist Robin Campbell and bass player Earl Falconer.

My sentiments exactly! Where I was standing was a spot where people go to get this closer side view, so it made no sense they were chattering while he sang! I may post another vid I took from a different vantage point with better sound and no chatter.
Now we know why Glen Fry never let Felder sing.

He didn't write that song. He is just leaching off of Henley and Frey. Personally never did like him. Walsh is better and so is Stan.
Yep everybody who grew up with the Eagles knows the story. It was Don and Glen's Band. They started it, wrote ALL the songs, then comes Felder who thinks he should be paid more money than Glenn and Don. Wanted to know how much they were being paid and Joe too. But Felder didn't respect anybody then snubbed the Senator in front of Glenn. Felder ran from Glenn after the show with Glenn chasing him.😅😅😅😅 No respect for Felder

I'll tell y'all what a JERK Don Henley REALLY IS : After paying $500.00 each per ticket (a week's pay for me at the time) to see what was left of 'The Eagles', I happened to know which hotel many musicians prefer, and stopped by there after the show. I'm coming out of the lobby with my wife and two other women, ( JUST US 4 ) and we see Don Henley coming in, I politely asked him if he would take a moment to grace us with his autograph, and he says: NO ! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT $#¡♤ !!! That was the last time I bought ANYTHING EAGLES !!! I don't have money for that $#¡♤.

I like Don but pretty sure this is being auto tuned. It sounds way to good to be his own voice naked.
Hard to tell from this live performance but it didn't help with the lyric goof at about 1:40!
You could talk to the sound techs after the show to put that to rest . One thing , many " musicians " actually had talent way back and did not rely on crutches when doing live shows to achieve " perfection " . Don certainly has the chops to nail a live show at the highest level . I would be surprised if he needed any assistance . I am sure someone took the role of music director and part of that was vocal practice . All in the group were seasoned pros . Great show !
@@billsmith2212 i'm not saying he isn't playing. I'm saying that is not his true vocal. Absolutely positively is not his naked vocal. Anyone who has heard him a few times knows the vocal is being manipulated. It's even in a higher register than he ever sings in. JMHO
Sound engineers were behind every "flawless" pop live performance, but it was an excellent performance nonetheless.
@@giantusa it was TOO good a vocal. Sound engineers may be running the tuner for all I know but that vocal is manipulated beyond normal music engineering methods.
He was terrific. Great sound system and mix. Only disappointment, no encore, but he played 90 minutes.
The Beatles played "Live" from the top of a building, as did U2. But Billy Idol "Live, from the Empire State Building" Who can top that?
