The song to me is about going insane. They are imagining a bunch of exciting and entertaining things happening like sharks. The howling beast is a security camera, and the soft walls eating them alive are the walls of the isolated room. Since it’s an isolated room, you can assume that one of them is a made up person, and the other one imagined the whole thing.

This song got me through the hardest 6 years of my life. My first child, and me abusing drugs. Thinking you are invincible and finding out that you are very vulnerable. Love is a strange thing. It doesn't care about your best interests.

I LOVE THIS. Not only is the song itself complete gold, but in between verses there are the images of the woods. That gives the viewer a small sense of imagery, while at the same time letting them use they're imagination as well. Good work man.
