Who do I contact to help me with my water bill

I have been trying to file an application for Uti;ity Help, but no matter what time I try to log in it says they are not accepting anymore applications today, they have reached their capacity for the day. So frustrating.

I have been trying to file for section 8 for over 6 years now. I just keep getting sent to different websites. Im at my wits end. Im desperate. I have 4 little girls,and ederly parents to take care of. Any nobody will help me.

I applied last year they told me they were going to help paid my bills I send everything and Iwait 3 months they said no so my bill is night I'm making payments but it's not enought so I hope they can hell me

I dont understand why once you watch the video it does not allow you to open the application to apply. There is a problem with opening the application upon completion of watching the video.

Call the news stations the can get answer from them..

Wow. Also if you don't own a Printer how can you get the application Mailed to You.. These Gov Employees or Government Officials could Careless about People Period. I just called and Informed a Staff member about the Details online are no help to people Whatever. They need to go back and make an Option to have forms mailed, not download for mail in options. And if funding is No longer available put that in the Online website for the time being (No Funding Available) It's not that difficult but hey they don't Truly care is how it seems. The staff member could have informed me that funding is no longer available at this time for assistance..
