I have had a cat since I was 17. I come from a family of 8 boys and 2 girls. I left home for college at 17 and I got a cat. I never returned home. I liked being on my own and having my cat. All my cats lived long lives. My current cat is Tobey. He is 3 1/2. I'm 74. He will be my last cat and I've made arrangements for his care should anything happen to me. Hey Peter, it was a good Christmas. Got way more than what I need, material wise. Just need a friend, so this video really does help. Wish u lived here. But me, my brother, his wife, his son, and my mom went to a little town an hour away to see some Christmas lights, and eat at this bar & grill restaurant. It was pretty good. Came down a monsoon tho, so that was kinda stressful. The town is called Natchitoches, and supposed to be the oldest settled town in Louisiana. Since 1714, I think. We also played some board games, like Monopoly and Checkers. Played some Mario Kart on my N64. First time that thing was used to play multiplayer on since I got it, and probably the last. That was really fun. My nephew was playing Astro Bot on my PS5. He got pretty far. He loved that game. He may have broke my controller... Anyway, I'll shoot u a f/b message with some pics of us at the restaurant and a religions book I got from Easton Press. Well, I'm going to bed now; sleep is hitting me. I would just like to say, this brings to my mind just a bit my late Aunty Tina, she had a few relationships in her life, but she had an independent spirit. She was single from her 50’s onwards and got on with it, made a beautiful home for herself and lived in dignity. She didn’t need a man in her life in her later years, I really admire that, but we’re all different obviously 😮….

Why do you think God gave you desire? It is a attribute that allows us to survive on Earth as human beings. Don't turn out to be a very sad and bitter old man like someone I know who recently turned 70 and never found love in the church but didn't go elsewhere. He knows that he will never get a girlfriend and will die a very frustrated and resentful person. But hey,,, being single is supposedly good in the eyes of the church. They are however quick to criticise if you find a partner outwith their circle. I'm so glad I got out when I did.

You'll find a wife in the Church. Just involve yourself in the various ministries of the Church and you will meet a LOT of people

Hey Peter, happy to say I didn't drink this weekend. I thought about it a lot, but I didn't do it b/c I know GOD is pleased when I don't. I did smoke quite a bit tho. When I smoke on the back porch I feel like it puts me into the present. It's a change of scenery from my room. But yeah, I remember "friends" from college who have unfriended me on facebook for no reason. It hurts. Way harder to forgive than want revenge. But I have to remember, that they have their own hidden reason why they did it. And it's probably something they're suffering from. I know I've let people down too, like when I was in high school, there were some people getting bullied, and I didn't stand up for them. And I feel like a coward for not. But I also did stand up for 1, I remember. And I'm glad I did. Didn't go to church today, and haven't for years now. I just feel like going to church that there's too much expectation to go EVERY Sunday. I don't feel like a relationship with GOD works like that. There is a time for everything, the Bible says, and sometimes a Sunday is meant for something else. Really glad to hear from u again in yur videos. U make sense, and glad there's someone out there that's going through the same thing I am that has a good head on their shoulders. And is vocal about it. Thanks man, and God bless.

It's amazing how open you are putting yourself in the hotseat that you are the point of focus of a huge audience who are there to support and understand your situation. I know, you'd rather reveal your own conflicts so that you find peace when you rather communicate from your heart w/ others, w/ the same level of struggles as yours. As long as you're accepting to acknowledge your own feelings and what's going on inside your mind, it's okay to feel good or bad about yoursellves and alright to cry when need to. Because it's so powerful to be open to try to engage our hearts and minds and become in touch with our own emotions and be able to self-reflect and regulate the issues properly. At least, you'll be open to unlock your own heart and mind to heal. Just, pls. don't ever put your dear heart in a detached box! Because, we hear you out and compassionate w/ you. We acknowledge you -putting your guards down being vulnerable & transparent to express how you feel, is greatness (as focusing on the things that don't really matter won't leave us much time to think & feel will only restraint-repress to disconnect us from reality. The part of you showing up and holding youself accountable is awesome! Because it's easier to do bad things w/o someone to be accountable to. But practicing the mastery of self-control and discipline, operating in our voluntary accountability is greatness. Pls. know that you can be wary, feel isolated and miserable at times, & it's a very healthy "catharsis" in our emotional, mental & spiritual dev. An essential and relevant way to communicate with our needs, desires, and emotions the way you have articulated, elucidated and revealed yourself -struggling to fight your "own demons" is you have won and beat the real games of life for being so caught up -inclined to admit your concerns with all honesty, and (you) keeping the fight openly commands respect! You're worth to be praised for showing well how to manage & address your own issues openly, is commendable! It's important to say what you think and feel and know that your consciously-aware self is genuinely appreciated for (all the right reasons!) The confidence in you in sharing to us your personal and most intimate sentiments in a form of interactive communication is a privilege! We have actively participated to correspond to you from a distsnce. I'm talking w/you from my right heart & mind, just to let you know that I'm so proud of you for being yourself. It's okay to express feelings and bring justice into the open. Because it is crucial for our social and emotional development let alone, YOU drawing closer to our Creator is a pure sign of spiritual enlightenment maturity. Our dear life and future need &depend on us to elevate & be purposefully visionary creatures that operate in our voluntarily-accountability as real humans who will show up for ourselves -(a personal practice that can help us prioritze our needs for peace & healing); is solid greatness. It makes sense to validate our feelings because we feel them. You, feeling that sense of emptiness deep inside, for whatever reasons (may have affected you to cause you to shutdown, is a sign that you are just trying to protect your dear life and make free from your deep pain and understanding that you are up to healing your own painful traumas because you are communicating, transparent-based exposition of your truth for who you are in your current circumstance can mean that you intentionally work on your greatness in terms of your internal consciousness to address certain issues underlying your condition that you viably need to be reverted, hopefully, to your most awakened present self that is happy, and fulfilled inside and out! Our inner self (can be either our own alter-ego/self bestfriend or our own demons that we should be fighting in balance and harmony in order to survive and endure). But the best way to deal with our struggles is to work on our (internal issues and resolve them calmly, and patiently) -believing that we can do it, gracefully, by practicing and training our empowerment, walking / our voluntary-accountability to regulate and reflect on God's unconditional love for us that allows us to change and grow into the persons He wants us to be.
