Thank you so much for this video. This is exactly what I needed. Because it probably saved me by making me realize those memories of childhood abuse coming up rn, I should not put them in a pandora box, do as if nothing happened and try to continue "creating my dream life". They are signals that I should deal with this right now, to be able to create the life I want... And that it's time for me to get away from my past abusers...
