The village of Vevchani is one of the most interesting places in Struga region. It is located in less than half an hour north from the town and situated from 800-950 metres above sea level, at the foot of the Jablanica mountain. Is the biggest village in the region but is not included in the municipality of Struga. Vevchani has its own municipality founded in 1997 and includes only the village of Vevchani.
