Had the same problem. Never got it beaded. Didnt work for me. Maybe cheap Discount Auto Parts Starting Fluid? Could never get a boom. The fluid seems to burn too slowly, like charcoal lighter fluid.
Lots of other videos show guys giving a good wack with a 2-3 # sledge hammer, immediately after lighting. Then it pops on bead. Reason is the hit force induces more air to flow in making fire spread quick as it "explodes" in controlled fashion. Then add air at valve. Some guys have air going already at same time.

When you run a fuse of ether out to the tread,it gives you time to light,then grab a sledge hammer and smack. Works every time.

You’ve got to have air going into the tire when you light it or the either will just slowly burn
and at the last second, the bead came back off the rim

Randy DiCotti it burns too slowly due to lack of oxygen in the tire. Add some air after the starting fluid and it'll expand very quickly.
