I asked my Whitehead professor about explaining the beginning of the universe and God. He said "We don't ask that question.". When I did the term paper I randomly opened pages in Whitehead and composed it. Got a great mark. Circular thinking can "sound" profound. Heracles holds up the world while standing on the back of a giant turtle standing in a river on a giant earth being held up by.... Realistic metaphysics leads to the humble answer "Uncaused Cause".
