Grandmaster J.H. Pak was invited to compete in the Pan Am Senior Championship in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in the 65 years old individual poomsae division. Grandmaster Pak was able to see the Christ the Redeemer statue and enjoy the wonderful city of Rio de Janeiro.

After several months of recovering from back surgery, I was able to focus on my training again. It was an exciting moment to compete in the 2020 Taekwondo Grand Slam in Colorado Springs. My wife and I had an amazing time exploring the little gift shops, restaurants, and met a lot of great people.
