I dont know what the reason for this is, but too often you see big and beatyfull houses with VERY bad finishing in many african countrys. For example, NONE of those windows, doors, toilet, shower or even the light switches, have finished details on them. At the same time you rarely see buyers complain about it.

Those of you in Europe need to keep your mouth shut and stop the showing things like this. I visited The Gambia February to March this year. The new highway is nice. We drove from Fajara to Busura. The Gambians are nice and I was welcome warmly from the airport to Busura and all over the place I visited. Big shout-out to the brother at the war cemetery-Fajara, who took the time to tell me about the historical facts. Big up to the nice staff at The Pelican Residence. I will put my 5 years visitor's visa to good use and soon forward.

It’s quite bad that the roads don’t have drainage to help get rid of the water. People must find it difficult to stop the water going into their homes and businesses. Certainly can’t be easy when every road looks like a river. My heart goes out to anyone who’s homes have water entering them . Thanks for showing us what it’s like during the rainy season.
