very health laado , I have even tried some thing different but went unsuccessful , below is my experiment , can you help with my mistake ? I have tried to make a dosa of 3 mixture 1 cup rice powder, 1cup sabudana powder and 25 big soya chunks powder with that I added 1/2 spoon fenugreek, and two tablespoon chana dal and 2 spoon crud . I made a paste in of all this in mixture and fermented it for 12 hours , but the result is I was not able to make a dosa at all , it turn to be sticky , I don't know what went wrong , can you guide me using where is missing or why I was not able to make even a normal dosa . It will be good if you yourself make a special video on using my mixture and if you make it please share the link with me on my mail id.

I have this the utensil is so heated if accidentally we our hand brushes there, mine did, pain is crazy, n it's taken months to heal, n Mark is still in my wrist. Taken all the trouble to bring this from India to Indonesia. Thrown in my go down... Don't want any want to have the same experience.
