Hi there! My name is Monica and I love movement.
I started lifting, acrobatics, hand balancing, and bouldering in my late 20's and have loved this journey so far, not only for the physical benefits of feeling stronger, more capable, and less injured, but for the endless mental benefits including body neutrality/positivity, confidence and self worth improvement, and building meaningful friendships and connections.

Tell the girls if they don’t believe in themselves more and rely on strength they will lose the fight. Half the battle is mental. You must not give into fear of failure. Eyes watching or alone. The judgement shouldn’t only be that you didn’t try even harder to be great. Awesome work and awesome performance of skill from all three of you guys. But again. Just breatheeeeee and be chill ❤❤
