You should float the rail off of the ground so your bottom end plate won’t dig into the bottom landing. Also your feet aren’t sitting level on the steps. If you can’t get footplate to clear step nose, use shims and have level feet deeper on the step. We always put our middle feet as close to the joint as possible to prevent separation. Bruno says you can do four steps in between feet.

I wish I would’ve known about you guys since I am located in northeast Philadelphia!!! I was just curious to know when it gets to the top of the steps does it swivel?? I think the foot rest safety feature is so awesome because that was a concern of mine especially because I have a senior dig.. Etc. 🥹🙏✨✨ thank you so much!!!
