فحاله تسليط جهد على طرف ال ena يقوم الدريف باهمال البلاسات و الاتجاه و يتوقف و في حاله عدم وجود جهد عليه يستقبل يتحرك الموتور على حسب الاشارات المرسله للدريف و يستخدم دائما في حمايه الموتور اذا انتها المشوار او لمنع تعض الموتور لحمل زائد

Ball screw backlash has two reasons The Frist one happened because of balls deformation, This reason that we fix in the video, The second reason because of corrosion of the screw buddy and this means the ball screw will not work again

Can I plug the PUL + / PUL - / Dul + / Dul - directly into my cnc circuit where the motor was suppose to be attached ( I dont have separate pins )
you can use the same control signals with 2 drives if you want
the question was about weather I can use the driver with any circuit. @@B.electric when I plug it into the same port as the motor, it the driver does not work .

nice video, but do you need an extern code for the arduino to let him know wich in/outputs you use to control te stepperdrive?
i mean do you only need te code with the GRBL (G-code reader)?
you can change the inputs and outputs pins by opening the GRPL config files and put pin numbers that you need I do not under stand your question exactly but I hope this answer your question
@@barthoogesteger8628 after downloading grbl file on your Arduino and connect your pins as shown in video you need only use a software like UGS to use it as a g code sender

the same as you download program on S7-300 but you should review your communication parameters like (baud rate - port number - stop bits ..etc ) it must be the same on your PC and simatic and plc

هل المحرك يحتاج٢٤ فولت كاملة
هو الموتور بيشتغل من رنج ١٢ الي ٣٠ فولت تقريبا بس كل مقل الجهد قل العزم معاه فلو محتاج عزم عالي يفضل تستخدم أعلى فولت ممكن الموتور و لو مش محتاج عزم عالي يبقى ممكن تستخدم أقل فولت ممكن بس المتعارف عليه أن العمل على ٢٤ فولت بيدي أداء كويس

How to connect display HMIGXU5512 to PLC S71500(Tia19)? I used Tia19 software for PLC series s71500 programming. Now I want to connect monitor HMIGXU5512 to it, I used program Vijeo Designer to program the monitor.
you can follow the steps in this video but you need update your vijeo software if it does not have S7-1500 in compatible devices if your vijeo have s7-1500 in its compatible devices you need to choose it only
